PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To drive sales growth of Purifaaya Ceramic Water Filters by building institutional partnerships, activating retail outlets, and conducting community product demonstrations within the assigned territory.

Responsibility
	Customer pipeline development (B2B and B2C channels) through research and events.
	Attend events (activations, markets, trade fairs, presentations at client premises, conferences, etc. in order to promote the business and gather prospects for the channel pipelines.
	Sales; convert prospects in channel pipelines to customers, manage customer referral and achieve monthly sales targets
	Customer service; call all existing customers to conduct customer satisfaction surveys, answer any queries and ask for referrals.
	Logistics support for sales and other project activities, including arranging transport of orders and other support required
	Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence and submit weekly sales and pipeline reports.
7.	Tele sales Task (Lead Qualification); Call potential customers from the lead list to determine if they meet the criteria for your product/service. Identify their needs, budget, decision-making authority, and timeline for purchase. Record findings accurately in the CRM for follow-up by the sales team.

COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS (MOST RELEVANT FOR THE JOB)
External	General population	Close sales and raise awareness of the product and brand at events and activations.
External	Suppliers	Supporting with sourcing requirements for the events (i.e. marketing materials, transport, etc.).
External	Clients	Conduct customer satisfaction surveys via phone.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

May require occasional travel upcountry.
