| PURPOSE OF THE JOB |
| To grow SPOUTS’ market presence in Kenya by driving sales, building strong revenue-generating channels, and developing strategic partnerships in alignment with the Country Director and the company’s market-entry strategy. |

| REQUIREMENTS | ||
| Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. | Required |
| MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred. | Preferred | |
| Certification in sales, key account management, or commercial strategy is an advantage. | Added advantage | |
| Valid driving license | Required | |
| Experience | Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial management. | 5-7 years |
| Proven experience in market entry, channel development, and revenue growth in a similar sector (FMCG, water/health products, or consumer goods). | 5-7 years | |
| Experience working on a carbon credit project or an organization working with carbon credits is an added advantage, but not required. | Added advantage | |
