PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Responsible for supporting in executing the company’s design and digital marketing campaigns

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
RESPONSIBILITIES UNIQUE TO THE ROLE
Responsibility		% Contribution to job’s performance
	To support in managing the organization's social media platforms, content creation, social media advertising campaigns aimed at generation of leads and sales	30%
	To support the development of strategies for online and offline market activations to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.	40%
	To manage the creation of relevant, engaging digital content for publishing onto various social media and digital platforms to improve brand visibility.	10%
	To support in preparing and providing monthly reports on the performance of online campaigns and offline activations, including key metrics and insights to aid in the departmental decision making.	10%
	To support in managing internal communications, including announcements and events	5%
	Any other roles added from time to time concerning departmental objectives	5%

JOB DIMENSIONS
Geographical scope	Uganda

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications	Degree of Science in Marketing or any related field.
Qualifications	CIM is an added advantage
Experience	1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience	Proficiency in computer skills
Business Understanding / Knowledge	Knowledge of graphic design, digital marketing tools and techniques like content creation and Google Analytics.
Languages	Proficiency in spoken and written English
