| PURPOSE OF THE JOB |
| Responsible for supporting the Commercial Department in executing Sales, training and Client satisfaction to its customers. |
| Responsibility | |
| Prospecting and lead generation of sales with the Channel Lead and team through the various channels used by the organization. | |
| Sales execution by demonstrating products, delivering presentations, negotiating terms and closing sales. | |
| To offer customized relationship management by building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. | |
| Administrative duties: updating activities and sales in the company CRM, making periodic (daily, weekly and monthly) reports on sales activities and revenues to the Channel Lead. | |
| Any other roles added from time to time concerning departmental objectives | |

| REQUIREMENTS | ||
| Qualifications | Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Sales/Marketing or any related field. | |
| MUST be able to drive and ride a car and motorcycle respectively, with valid permits. | ||
| Experience | 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role | |
| Proficiency in computer skills. | ||
| Business Understanding / Knowledge | Knowledge of Sales and Marketing Concepts, Client Satisfaction and Retention and FMCG’s | |
| Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. | ||
| Languages | Proficiency in spoken and written English | |
| COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS (MOST RELEVANT FOR THE JOB) | |||
| Internal Stakeholders | Production, HR, Operations, Customer service, IT & Sales | ||
| External Stakeholders | Schools, Financial Institutions, NGOs, Government Parastatals, Supermarkets, Health Institutions. | ||
| SPECIAL CONDITIONS |
| Regular travel between Head office and field. |
